Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 24 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how EFEVRE TECH LTD ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar device-storage technologies when you access bioskepsis.ai, related subdomains (e.g., app.bioskepsis.ai), and any associated applications (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use functionally equivalent technologies — such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and tag-management pixels — and treat them as cookies for the purposes of this Policy and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

CategoryPurpose & ExamplesLegal BasisRetention

We do not use behavioural advertising or ad personalization (ad_personalization is forced to "denied" regardless of consent).Consent — ePrivacy Art. 5(3); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)Up to 13 months

3. Manage Your Preferences

Set your preferences below. Changes are saved to this device immediately and applied to Google Consent Mode in the same step. To change preferences from another device or browser, repeat this step there.

Current preference:

Analytics + Ad measurement

Strictly Necessary

Always on — required for the Service to work.

4. Browser-Level Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing payment. The Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, where supported, is honoured as a request to deny analytics and ad measurement cookies.

5. Third-Party Processors That Set Cookies

The following providers may set cookies on your device when you use the Service. Each acts as an independent controller or sub-processor under its own terms:

  • Clerk, Inc. (United States) — authentication and session management.
  • Stripe, Inc. (United States) and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — payments and fraud prevention.
  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion measurement (only with your consent).

6. No Behavioural Advertising or Cross-Site Tracking

We do not sell or share personal information for behavioural advertising. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use cookies for cross-site tracking. The only ad-related cookies we use are conversion-measurement cookies set when you arrive at the Service via a paid Google Ads campaign — and only if you have granted Ad Measurement consent.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may amend this Cookie Policy to reflect technical, operational, or legal changes. The "Last Updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the cookie banner.
